They say you have to keep yourself accountable by saying things out loud, if that is true then here goes… I am doing the 12WBT – what is that you ask, well it’s the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. It’s basically committing to 12 weeks of healthy eating and fitness.

Since I gave up smoking I have been thinking about how hard it is to get motivated to exercise and how I can go about changing my eating habits. Then I started to think that 12 weeks isn’t in retrospect a long time, in fact 12 weeks generally flies by, I mean it’s already February. So in 12 weeks from Monday I will be leaner and fitter than I have been in years and I can’t wait. 12 weeks also ends a challenge I have with my dad and when I say it like that sounds so much less time than 3 months – dontcha think?
This is my solemn vow unto myself.
